Hi there, I'm Lamonda Dye 

By trade Lamonda is a nurse and has been for over 20 years. She is a proud graduate of African American Business Development Program and Greater Cincinnati Microenterprise Initiative.

After several years of being in business, Lamonda added new services which included consulting other home care agencies. She is currently a Validation coach for GCMI and a subject matter expert for the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio.
LCD has been in business for more than 10 years, and is a thriving and sustainable business. The company currently has four locations and working on an expansion to Columbus.

Lamonda is a proud mother of two college graduates and the grandmother of a nine year old grandson.
