Qualifications
Direct Support Professional
- Must have a HSD or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Basic computer skills
- Homecare/healthcare experience (preferred)
- Pass a background check
What is a direct support professional (DSP)?
A DSP is a special person who works with people who have intellectual and developmental
disabilities.

We are looking for full time and part time individuals to staff
our group home located in Hamilton, OH. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

- Maintain open communication with clients, staff, and family members
- Maintain clean and neat appearance
- Perform job duties in a professional manner
- Provide transportation
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Assist in all areas indicated in the ISP (Individual Specific Plan)
- Follow policy and procedure of the Company
- Respect and treat clients with dignity
- Adhere to the rights set forth by the DODD (Department of Developmental Disabilities), and COA (Council on Aging)
- LCD is located in Hamilton Ohio, but has offices in Montgomery, and Hamilton Counties in Ohio!
